Spherical Buoy
Qingdao Seakong Marine Machinery Co., Ltd supplies a lots of Spherical Buoys to EU and Middle East markets.
Spherical Buoys can be used as underwater floats if bear surrounding water pressure, also can be used as Anchor Buoys if have sufficient buoyancy.
For underwater Spherical Buoys,we manufacture by solid polyurethane in different densities according to water pressure and cover by polyurea.
For abovewater Spherical Buoys,we can manufacture by steel plate which means more economical production cost but request higher quality controlling. 
All our Steel Mooring Buoys are welded by CCS&LR qualified welders and the welding progress is strictly carried as WPS.
When steel structures are completed, each buoy will be filled air and inspected by Level II non-destructive test engineer, to check each welding bead without leak.
